Mumbai or Pune University do not offer part time Bachelor of Engineering or technology. Diploma candidates can apply for Lateral Entry Entrance Test of these university. The requirements for LEET exam:

Academic qualification: Diploma from a recognized institute with minimum of 60% marks in it.

The application forms are available in month of May. You can apply for this exam to get admission in second year of Bachelor of Technology.

I had completed diploma in mechanical engg from central polytechnic Jamia Delhi can u suggest part time BE or B.tech from Delhi NCR university as I am doing job.
