College for third year.I want to join in pune or mumbai.I want your guidance
Knowing that could we switch directly to third year as i leave the present college

No, you cannot change your college until it belongs under same university.

There are very few colleges which accept the admission after completing 1st year/ 2nd year graduation. To know about the details you need to visit the college directly and know the details about eligibility requirements.

You can get admission only if the new college and old college comes under same university.

If you really want to get admission in another college you need take TC from the old college and take admission in the new college through entrance exam or direct admission where you wanted to study your graduation degree.
