sir/mam i am studing in 12th class and i have given 12th exam and i am sure to fail this year.and i want to join IIT-JEE coaching. I want to know that can i appear in IIT-JEE two times after passing 12th in second year? Please give me answer.

A candidate can appear in IIT JEE only two times. Once in the appearing in the 12th std. and another after just next year.

example :- If you pass the 12th std. in the year 2011 then you can
appear in the IIT JEE in 2011 and in 2012. You can not appear in 2013.

So, according to eligibility criteria you can't appear in the IIT JEE two
times after passing 12th board exam.

no after 12 only one time iit can be given.
But if give 12th board exam again then u can give iit exam again.

some ono fail in 12th then he is able to give iit and if he qualifies then he able to get seat in old iits

you can apply maximum of only two times . your second attempt in +2 doesn't matter but your age must be less than 21

a candidate can take the JEE two times at the most.
This has been done mainly to reduce stress on students.........

Yes of course.

The candidate can appear JEE only twice,in consecutive years.That means one should have attempted JEE for first time in 2011 or will be appearing in 2012.

For IIT JEE,the candidate must have a complete the 12th from a recognized university or equivalent qualification and the candidate must secure at least 60% marks in their examination.

SC/ST/PD candidates must secure at least 55% marks in their examination.

Yes, there are two attempts available for cracking iit jee.
one is just after 12th and the second one is next year..
so, if you do 12th again then you clearly have two chance for the exam.

you can give entrance test of IIT 2 times while in 12 one after 12 simulataneously

IIT JEE - Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Exam

It is one of the toughest entrance exam in India and you can apply for the 2 times like appearing for the exam in the respected year and the corresponding year and not after that.

Eligibility for IIT JEE:

• The education qualification needed is a pass in +2 with 60% aggregate.For SC/ST it is 55%.
• The candidates must have done their higher in science stream with PCM
• The candidates must have born on or after October 01, 1980 are eligible for the exam.
• For SC/ST and PD candidates the upper age limit for them is 5 years from the prescribes limits.
• The candidates must submit their physical fitness certificate.

Second after the next year of thr 12th.

After this you are not eligible for IIT JEE entrance exam.you can apply only two tymes for this exam.

IIT JEE entrance exam is very good entrance exam for Engineering student but you have to do hard work for admission in IIT college.

You have to score 60% marks in 12th in PCM to apply for IIT JEE entrance exam.

After giving the 12th board exam in the 2nd year , ya you are eligible to give the IITJEE entrance exam two times ...

But then you can face the problems at the time of the campus placements and in some of the jobs you may not be eligible according to the age limits ...

But then you should work hard to overcome that ...

IIT-JEE is the best engineering entrance exam which is conducted in india and is considered toughest as well.

• IIT-JEE allows only two chance .Means you can sit only two times in your career.
• Firstly when you are appearing for class 12th board exam.
• Secondly just after passing 12th.
• So, you can appear one more time as you have already given 12th exam

You have one more chance left and you can use it as well so if you want to join any kind of coaching then join it immediately and try to get better results.

Your this time drop in 12th doesn't matter so much.. IIT-JEE allows only 2 attempts after 12th board.. so it doesn't matter that you have failed once in 12th.. give your best in the 12th and then have a good coaching.. don't worry you are still left with 2 attempts in IIT-JEE..

IITJEE can be attempted twice only, once in the year you sit for 12th the first time and the second time is the subsequent year ONLY.

This means that you have only one more chance to appear for IITJEE. Prepare well and make that chance count.

As for your "fail" issues, if you clear the subject in subsequent attempt, you wont have any issues with admissions in IITs.

1st of all if you are thinking of failing in your 12 exam in the 1st attempt then you should concentrate more on clearing your 12th exam rather than iitjee.

iit is the most prestigious colleges of india but world does not end there. there are colleges beyond iits for eg. nit. some of the nits are even better than iits. which you get in through aieee. and the preparation for aieee requires basic 2-3 months of hardcore preparations which you can do along with your 12th exam.

look u can give iit two times if you have given iit this year then next year will be your final attempt......but as u failed in 12tn it wont count you can give iit two times first in the year which u pass 12 and second the very next yr......hope i was helpful

you can appear twice in IIT exam once in the same year in which you have cleared 12th & next the same like

friend suppose u clear class 12th in the next yr i.e 2012 then u will be eligable for sitting in iitjee for the years 2012 and 2013. on the other hand if u clear class 12th this year i.e 2011 then u will be eligable to sit in iit for 2011 and 2012

I am repeating 11th std and will appear for 12th boards in the academic session 2012-13. Will this have any affect on my two chances for attempting IIT-JEE?

according to the rules of IIT-JEE..u are eligible to give the exam only twice..the year in which u pass ur 12th boards and the succeeding year..
like if u are passing out ur 12th in 2012 then u are eligible to give ur JEE exam in 2012 and 2013..

Dear you can apply for IIT examination only two times. If you gave the test of IIT in this

year then you can give the IIT exam in next year only. After that,you cant give the test of
