Yes, you are of-course eligible for the BBA program but the problem is you might not get into some of the top colleges as they ask for 60% in 10+2 but that is very rare so you don't have to worry much on it. The detailed general eligibility criteria for BBA is as follows,

-> You need to be a citizen of the country which means if you are planning to do BBA course in India then you need to be a citizen of India.

-> Age limit is from 17 years to maximum of 22 years.

-> Mostly the resident of the state will be given more preference for the colleges.

-> There shouldn't be any criminal records filed against you in state and national level.

-> Should passed higher secondary course or equivalent with 40% of marks wherein English should be one of the subjects.

Usually you can get the admission in private colleges without giving any entrance exam but if you want to get into to top colleges then you need to give the entrance exam. Some of the common and reputed entrance exams for BBA is as follows,

-> BUMAT - Bharatiya Vidyapeeth Deemed University Management Aptitude Test

-> UGAT-AMIA - Under Graduate Aptitude Test - AMIA

-> SET BBA: Symbosis Entrance Test

-> NMAT(UG) BBA- NMIMS University, Mumbai

-> St.Xavier's Entrance exam - St. Xavier's

-> GGSIPU CET BBA - Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi

-> DU BMS CET - Delhi University Bachelor of Management Studies Common Entrance Test.

Above are some of the important BBA entrance exams which are conducted like every year. I have attached the list of top colleges which provides the BBA course just go through it and try to decide on the college which you want to pursue the course.

Can I replace my maths marks with my physical education marks?

No, that won't be needed. It will be the complete 10+2 aggregate which will be asked and not based on subjects for the BBA entrance exam or even for direct admission. So as you have got around 55% aggregate it should be fine.

Note: Also attached the BBA course syllabus in case you want to check out what all subjects followed in the course!
