I would like to clarify that as to whether the examination of B.A passed from CMJ University, Shillong Meghalya is valid in himachal government service or not

Yes , Of course .

Passing your graduation from CMJ university is considered in the Himachal government sector .

So since it is a private university and the courses and Degree offered by the University are applicable . You are surely eligible to appear and apply for the government sector jobs.
