Can I do my M.E in Aeronautical engineering design after doing BE production engineering in MIT Chennai? What is the requirement for that?


Recpected Sir,
I am doing B.E Production Eng. in MIT-Chennai. Can I do my M.E in Aeronautical Engineering-Design and Production Group in IIT through GATE.What are the reguirements for that.Please guide me sir.

No, you can't do M.Tech degree in Aeronautical Engineering because you are doing B.E in Production Engineering.

Those candidates who have completed B.Tech in aeronautical engineering from a recognized university are eligible for M.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering.

Your age should be above 17 years.
