Either UGC CSIR or UGC NET for M.Tech degree holder?
Sir I have done my "BE" from "ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION" AND MTECH from "VLSI DESIGN".either i am eligible for "UGC CSIR" OR "UGC NET"?

I am pursuing M.Tech from Computer Science ,am i eligible for CSIR NET ?? If yes,what subjects would be best for me?
