Admission in USA is possible without passing GRE? Chances of getting job?

I passed MBBS in 2009. Passed from IUHS, St. Kitts. I want to study for post graduation in Forensic Science in usa. Can I get admission without passing GRE? What are the chances of getting a job in USA? what can be the salary? Fees and other expences towards study?
Thanks,
Dr. Shiju
