i m doing my mds in oral and maxillofacial surgery in india, i m afinal year student of mds. i want to know what further studies can i pursue here in usa. how can do dat???

There is no further degree required after doing Master of Dental Surgery. Instead of that you can open your clinic and start practicing so that you become self dependant.

You can also apply for jobs in any private or government hospital to gain experience.

But if you really want to do further studies then it is better to look for courses in hospital and healthcare management.
