there are near about 30 nit's are present in india.

in all nit's there are near about 15000 seats are present.

to get the admission in the nit's you must secure the descent rank in the aieee exam.

With a rank such high as 3 Lakh, There is very little possibility of getting into top NIT's. Forget about top, You may just make it to the last NIT's such Manipur, Agartala , etc..

You can get the colleges that i have mentioned below in the Attatchments.

I Recommend you Better try out in some govt./Private College. The best you can join in with your category.

The Total no. of seats in the NIT's varies From year to year.

As of know, There are 10371 seats In total. For Institute wise Seat Matrix and detailed Information on the total no of seats in selected branches,

You can check out the availability of seats in a desired branch of your desired Institute.

national institute of technology is one of the top institution prefered by the aspirants. There are about 17 nit's located at various region in the country. Aspirants are admitted to the engineering branches through the aieee exam . The total number of seats available are around 13000. There is no other basis through which the aspirants are admitted. The administration is by the central organisation and there is no involvement of state government.
NIT's offers master in computer application course too. The admission to the course is through the entrance exam namely NIMCET through which the aspirant are admitted . The total number of seats available are 800.

N.I.T stand for National Institute of Technology. It is a govt. Institute.

There are total 30 N.I.T in India. And there are total 10,357 seat in N.I.Ts

If you want you can take admissions You have to qualify the A.I.E.E.E exam.
