i have done t.y.bcom in the year 2009. so can i do b.ed now

B.Ed can be pursued any time after you have completed your bachelors/masters degree program. So, it doesn't matters if it has been two years since you graduated.
There are various institutes offering the course and hence, the eligibility criteria may vary. Some of the institutes/universities requires the candidate to have qualified the bachelors degree program with a minimum of 50%/55% marks, whereas, some institute accepts graduates with minimum marks.
