How to apply for USMLE Step-2?


Hi, I am a foreign medical graduate. I would like to take the USMLE, could anyone please guide me how to apply for USMLE exam, pay admittance fee any thing else/advice required for taking the exam. In my case, I would like to attempt step 2 first, I know either of them(Step 1 or 2) could be attempted first.
