How can I become a college lecturer after doing B.Ed in computer science?


hii...i m a high school teacher....i ve done b.ed in comp sc....can i become a college lecturer by doing msc comp sc in correspondence then clearing the UGC ...i dont want to leave my current job.....will i get a good job then ??
