Yes, you can do PhD after MCA in IGNOU. The eligibility to do PhD in Computer & Information Science is a pass in Master’s Degree with 60% marks. The aspirant has to appear for an entrance examination and interview for the admission to the course. The duration of the course is 2 years. There is no age limit to do this course.
