Which is the course subjects in catering diploma in food production or DHMCT? what is the main use of BHMCT?

DHMCT is a diploma level course and BHMCT is a bachelor degree level course. You can pursue any of them, based on your qualification by appearing in entrance exam.

Subjects taught in hotel management courses, be it diploma or any degree, are mostly same. Some of the subjects taught are, front office operations, banquet management, accounting, housekeeping, food production, organisational skills, etc.
