I have done B. A in hindi In uttar pradesh. Can i do blis course in secundrabad. Please i wanna do it at my place only i cant afford going somewhere else.

B.L.I.S is Bachelor of Library Science and Information Science. This course is not very popular in all the states of India. That is why you do not get any college affiliated to teach B.L.I.S. in Secunderabad. I am sorry about that. But you said you have done B.A. in Uttar Pradesh. That means you must have had a place to stay in Uttar Pradesh. Otherwise, how would you be able to study 3 years continuously in Uttar Pradesh?
So since there are no colleges to offer B.L.I.S to you, why don't you join Bundelkhand University in Uttar Pradesh for this course. There is also Karnataka State Open University or KSOU. You can try for that. It is not far away from Secunderabad. Decide yourself which option suits you.
