PSC stands for Public Service Commission and this exam is conducted for candidates to join in various posts in Government.The PSC exam is conducted state wise or even All India.

There are criteria's which are needed to be satisfied in order to apply for the exam and they many include such as Nationality,Age limit and education qualification.For applying All India you can apply for the UPSC exam which conducts various exam for various posts.

As you have not mentioned the post which you need to apply for,i cannot provide you information regarding the criteria's needed.But as you have mentioned that you have done B.sc you will be eligible as per the education qualification needed and there are certain exceptions which is allowed for Ex-service men.
