Yes, IGNOU offers PhD in Political Science. The eligibility to study the course is an MPhil Degree and a Postgraduate Degree in relevant subject with minimum 55% marks or Master’s Degree in relevant subject with minimum 55% marks and 5 years of teaching experience at senior level. The aspirant has to appear for an entrance examination and interview for the admission to the course. The duration of the course is 2 years and there is no age limit for this course.
