No, it is not possible for you to change specialization after 12th standard. You can decide your specialization only after 10th standard. After that there is no way to change your specialization. The time has been passed now. So being arts stream student, you are not eligible for Neuroscience as well as Home science course.

Eligibility Criteria for Bachelor degree in Neuroscience :-

No, first of all you need to complete your higher secondary and then apply for any graduate.

But since you have mentioned that you don't have science in the 12th standard and you want to pursue a degree in science field then I am sorry to say but it is not possible.

For a degree in sciene, you need to have a science subject in 12th as the main subject.
