Can I get admission in any government or private Medical college under Rs. 50,000 annual fee if secured 12322 UG rank in NEET?


sir my neet ug rank is 12322,
all india rank is 11522,
kerala state quota rank -3200
.is there any chance for me to got admission in any government /private medical collage having yearly fee below 50,000/_
throught neet ug counselling as going on when i enter my register,roll number it says
"counselling letter not available "for first round.
so many of them have say
"invalid credential"
so may i have?

i have 17398 rainking in upcpmt can i get admition any govt.or private college bilow one lakh fee.

I got polycet 50036 rank my cast is sc chance to got top 10 government collage seat
