If you have completed your Graduation from a recognized university then you are eligible for post graduation in aboard. And if you would like to choose USA then you will have to complete two entrance exams called GRE and IELTS. And for other countries only IELTS is enough. These exams are conducted throughout the year. So you can appear for them at any time.
The expenses and scholarships depends upon your university selection. If you are looking for a top university then it may cost around 30 to 40 thousand dollars and scholarships will be 5 to 7 thousand dollars. And for average universities, the fee structure will be around 20 to 30 thousand dollars, and scholarships will lie between 3 to 4 thousand dollars. You can get scholarship only if you are a meritorious student with good academic profile.
