sir, my gate score is 510 and gate percentile is 96.62 general ctegory. In which colleges i should apply.

With 96.62 percentile in Gate , Now you are in the Position to snatch a Good Engineering Schools Like IIT's NIT's.

However, apart from the GATE scores, your academic grades play a vital role during the evaluation procedure.

Now with regard to the placement from Infosys, considering your scores on GATE, I would recommend if you are ultimately considering a Masters degree within the field of study, then it is the apt time to pursue MTech. You are in a dicey situation and need to closely consider options as per the choice you ultimately make.

However, since the GATE scores are valid for a period of two years from the announcement of results, if you are really keen you can consider to gain work experience from Infosys.

Give due consideration to your priorities and take your decision.

I have secured AIR : 2240, GATE Score : 570 and percentile : 98.58 in GATE 2012 - CS branch.. Which are the colleges in which I can apply and is there any chance to get into any IIT with this score?
