Whether i am eligible to apply for first generation graduate scheme because my own elder sister is studying her 3rd b.e.she also is getting the first graduate amount

No, I am sorry to say that you cannot apply for the first generation graduate scheme because your elder sister has already opted for the scheme and as per the eligibility, the one who wishes to avail the scheme should be the first one in his/her family to pursue graduation.
