My son is BCA 1st year student we are poor and comes under minority is it possible that I.P.University give us fees waive or scholarship Fees concession or scholarship poor student.

Fee waiver or scholarship is available at state level and you can apply for it through the college after getting admission in a professional course. You need to have income certificate as a proof for your financial status.

You have to open a fresh account for such scholarship or fee waiver scheme. Just apply for it on a prescribed format through your college.
