I am extremely sorry to state that he cannot shift from Andhra Pradesh State Board to ISC in 12th standard. This is because :-

- Registration in the boards is done in standard 11.
- Since he is changing board in 12, so he cannot do registration. As a result he has to go for class 11 if wants to change board.

He can do well even if he studies in State Board and prepares well for IIT entrance exam.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
