I am an IB student of grade 11. i want to know what good colleges i could get in India for doing graduation like economics honors? Is Delhi University accepting the IB students?

Yes, surely you can apply for admission after completion of your 12 years of formal school education from a recognized board of education. You should have studied Economics as a full subjects in your 10+2, to become eligible for admission into Bachelor degree in economics honors.
