I am extremely sorry to state that you cannot pursue post graduation in Marine engineering after BE in E&TC. THis is because the basic eligibility condition for post graduation in Marine Engineering is - One should be graduate in Marine engineering or related fields. Since E&TC is not at all related to Marine Engineering, so you are not eligible. You need to pursue graduation marine engineering first and then go for post graduation in marine engineering. You can pursue the graduation course in correspondence or part time mode which will take less time than regular full time course.
