Now presently im studying in diploma in mechanical engineering approved by AICTE and BTE b'lore. After completing by diploma i want to get seat in karnataka regional engineering college suratkal by JEE Mains in mechanical engineering B.E. By lateral entry(2nd year B.E). I want to know it is possible.? If it is possible means tell me how.? To achieve. Please

JEE Mains score is not applicable for Lateral Entry Admission. Therefore, you have to appear for LEET, if you are willing to get admission in 2nd year of the Engineering Graduation.

JEE is only for those who have passed 12th class with PCM stream and there is no lateral entry admission through this entrance examination.

There is a separate Lateral Entry Entrance Test for admission into 2nd year of a B.Tech or B.E course. You have to apply for LEET, then only you can get admission through lateral entry.
