How can I get scholarship if secured 84% in 12th CBSE?

how i get cbse scholarship even i get 84% in
12 cbse exam and what is procedure of
this scholarship and forum of it????????????

The detailed notification of the scholarship from CBSE has been enclosed in the attached document. Kindly refer the attachment to get details of CBSE scholarship on getting percentage higher than 80%.
