It all depends on your performance. Both TCS and Cognizant increases the salary or package based on your rating at the end of the financial year. If you get the best performance rating continuously for two years, your package will be around 5 Lakhs in both TCS and CTS. If you get average rating, then your package will be around 4 Lakhs and not more than that.
