CAT stands for Common Admission Test and GMAT stands for Graduate Management Admission Test. CAT is a computer based test that scores a person on the bases of quantitative ability, data interpretation, verbal ability and logical reasoning GMAT is a computer adaptive test intended to assess certain analytical, writing, quantitative, verbal, and reading skills in written English for use in admission to a graduate management program, such as an MBA.

You can get admission in MBA course by appearing for CAT or GMAT examination. If you wish to pursue MBA course in Abroad, then, it is best to appear for GMAT examination. You can also get admission in MBA course in India by appearing for GMAT and CAT examination. So, you can appear for whether GMAT or CAT examination of your interest to get admission in MBA course.

Both the GMAT and CAT scores are accepted by many reputed MBA colleges. However, you can select any one of the entrance exam based on where you want to study MBA degree.

-> If you are interested to do MBA from abroad then you can give GMAT entrance exam (or),

-> If you want to do MBA degree in India, then you can apply for CAT exam.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Bachelor degree in any discipline with 50% marks from a recognized university and SC/ST candidates required to score at least 45% marks. Final year students of Graduate Courses can also apply.
