Is it beneficial to join Infosys if selected, being an employee of TCS?
Dear All,
I have a job in TCS.....I am working from 2 years in TCS regurly.....I have completed my B.Tech then I got on campus placement in TCS.....Now I have given interview in Infosys and got selected..... I want to know that i get benefit to join Infosys? |

IS IT GOOD TO JOIN IN INFOSYS AFTER 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE?:
Yes, ofcourse it's beneficial for you to join Infosys because of the following reasons, -> You will get a salary hike when you join Infosys which would be more than getting now in TCS. -> You will get a chance to work in new project. -> You will get a new team and new work atmosphere altogether. -> New challenges in work. So, if you feel that you want all these things to happen then you better go ahead and join in Infosys and rotating job after 2 years is good as it will provide you to learn more things in a short span. |
