Sorry, General rank of 61000 and SC rank of 9466 is not good enough to get you a government college. There are very few Government colleges and seats are very less, therefore, it will be very difficult for you to get admission as per your choice.

Although, you have chance of getting admission in a private college. You should make a list of good private and should aim to get admission in a good private college if you are interested. Otherwise, you can prepare for next year.
