Harvard University or University of Oxford, where should I study B.Tech(Mechanical Engineering)?

Which is the best university among Harvard
university and Oxford university?
I want to do btech in mechanical so among
his two university which is good?

Both Harvard University and University of Oxford are among the topmost universities of the world. You can opt for either of them. They cannot be compared as such as both are considered excellent place of higher studies. If you get option in both, then you can decide on the basis of expense and your personal convenience regarding the place of stay.
