Hello Sir / Ma'am
I am from Nashik and i have just passed my 10th standard and i am now planning to do diploma in computer science engg. I am really interested in pursuing the field of robotics. I just want to know that can i enter the field of robotics after doing diploma in computer science after 10th or it is only possible if i do mechanical engineering??

Yes, of course you are eligible to study Robotics after completing a Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering course. So, you can continue your studies by applying for Diploma in Computer Science. However, it may add advantage if you have completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. You can apply for B.E or B.Tech in Robotics course after completing a Diploma in Computer Science. Those candidates who have completed a Diploma course can directly enroll for B.Tech or B.E 2nd year through lateral entry.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Three-year Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer from a recognized Polytechnic or its equivalent are eligible to apply.
- The applicant must score at least 50% of marks at Diploma.
- The applicant must appear and qualify in the Lateral entry exam with good marks.
