Yes, you can pursue your higher studies in Abroad after completion of your B.Tech (ME) course with less than 70% marks from a recognised university. To pursue your higher studies in abroad, you need to appear in GRE and TOEFL/ IELTS examination. Appearing in GRE examination is not mandatory for getting admission in some countries. You need to appear in IELTS/ TOEFL examination to get admission in foreign universities, but appearing GRE examination is not mandatory because, it depends upon selection of your country for pursuing your higher studies. So, by scoring good marks in IELTS/ TOEFL and GRE examinations, you can get admission in foreign universities for pursuing your higher studies in Abroad.

Yes, you can continue your further education in Abroad, even if you have less than 70% in your Graduation. Because, most of the universities even offers admission to the students, who are having at least 60% in their graduation. So, you can definitely continue your education in Abroad. To get admission in foreign universities, you have to complete two exams called GRE and IELTS. After completing the exams, you should apply for admission in universities, by sending your Application form along with your test scores. Then the universities will send you an admission letter, if your academic profile satisfies university admission requirements.

GRE Exam Pattern:-
The GRE exam is conducted in three sections

Section I:-
1) Verbal Reasoning
i) Reading Comprehension
ii) Text Completion
iii) Sentence Equivalence

Section II:-

Section III:-

i) Issue-Task essay
ii )Argument-Task essays

IELTS Exam Pattern:-

2)Reading - 60 minutes (3 sections, 40 items)
3)Writing - 60 minutes(2 tasks)
4)Speaking - 11-14 minutes
