Air Force Common Admission Test(AFCAT) is for recruitment of Commissioned Officer Vacancies in Flying, Technical and Ground duty Branches.

AFCAT exam consists of written test. There will be 100 questions and each question carries three marks. The questions are in Multiple choice format.

The subjects covered includes General Awareness, Numerical Ability, Verbal ability in English, Reasoning and Military Aptitude Test. The exam will be carried for 2 hrs and there will be negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer.

How to Prepare for AFCAT 2015 exam:

To secure good marks in AFCAT examination, you must first get an idea on Syllabus and the sections it consists of. There are totally 4 sections namely, Numerical Ability, Verbal Ability in English, Reasoning (Mental Aptitude Test), General Awareness. You need to prepare topic wise, firstly choose toughest section and toughest topic. Because to get good idea over tough topics, you must definitely spend lot of time.
