What is the eligibility to get admission for BCA?

Sir/Mam,

I passed 10 2 WITHOUT MATHEMATICS (physics, chemistry & biology)with 72 % marks.Am i eligible for admission in BCA? Is mathematics mandatory for admission in BCA? If i do BCA from a university, where MATH is not mandatory for admission in BCA, then will my certificate of BCA be considered as INVALID? & will that certificate be granted for all kind of GOVERNMENT SERVICE like BANKING etc.?....I passed BCA from viniyaka missions university.

To get admission in BCA course, you must have completed 12th standard or equivalent with Mathematics from a recognised board. Some colleges also offer admissions to candidates who have not pursued Mathematics in their 12th standard. The value of BCA degree is same even if you have pursued BCA course with Mathematics at 10+2 level or not. Your BCA certificate will be valid even if you have completed 12th standard without Mathematics subject from a recognised board. You can apply for all government jobs with your BCA degree certificate.
