Can I study correspondence PhD in Hindi if secured 55% in Post Graduation?


Dear Sir/Madam

Hi

I am Post Graduate in Hindi ( Correspondance) with 55% from Kurukshetra university, Kurukshetra. now i want to do PHD in Hindi (Correspondance) so please confirm How much percentage require for this.
