I am a BCom Graduate and is working in supervisory cadre in public sector for past 10 years. Is career opportunities brighter in private sector after doing pg diploma in HR in distance education

The eligibility to study the course is graduation.

After this course you may work as Assistant Manager, Human Resource Executive, Lecturer, Domain Expert etc.

You may get a job in many private sector companies.

If you are already working in a public sector company means you have to think twice before you can take any decision. The job in public sector is very difficult to get. The choice is yours.
