I did MSc in Statistics with Computer Application and BSC in Computer Science.I have been working in It company from 2010(5 years of Experience in Mainframe Technology in Banking Domain)
Can i get any Government job and what to do for that?

Since you are a post graduate, you can apply for "Officer Cadre" posts rather Clerical cadre. Because the maximum age required for Officer Cadre jobs is around 35 years for General Category candidates. If you belong to any one of these categories (SC/ ST/ OBC), you would get an age relaxation of 5 years (SC/ ST) and 3 years (OBC). In such cases, you can apply for Officer Cadre jobs even with more than 30 years old. Since you have got good working experience in Banking domain, I suggest you to apply for IBPS Probationary Officers/ Management Trainee; IBPS Specialist Officer Recruitment; SBI Probationary Officer (PO) recruitment and other officer cadre jobs.
