Yes you can do M.B.B.S after nursing. there are many college offer this course like:-
-AIIMS
-AFMC
-MANIPAL UNIVERSITY
-SRM MEDICAL COLLEGE
-JIPMER

You have to qualify the entrance exam for admissions in the college.
your admissions is based on the 12th marks. you have to read 11th and 12th again.
In my opinion you continue with nursing because if you want to explore then you can explore in this field also.

After passing the B.Sc nursing you can do M.B.B.S..
For this you have to qualify the entrance exam like:-
~ A.I.I.M.S
~ A.I.P.M.T
~ J.I.P.M.E.R
~ B.H.U-P.M.T
etc
