I cannot apply for other scholarship if I will apply for CBSE Scholarship? How can I apply for CBSE Scholarship if secured 93% in 12th?

hello sir ,
i have scored 93% in the cbse 12th board. i came to know that cbse will provide a meritorious scholarship who secured 90%.sir how should i apply for it.Is it true that i should not apply any other scholarship ,if i apply this.

* CBSE offers Central sector scheme (CSS) scholarship for all eligible meritorious students to pursue their higher studies.

* You should not avail any other scholarship if you want CBSE scholarship.

* The candidates who has passed class 12 examination form a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 80% marks in the final examination.

* Total annual income of the parents should not exceed Rs.6 Lakhs per annum from all the resources to avail the CSS scholarship.

I have secured 95% marks in class 12th board exam from JNV. So now, how can I get a scholarship?
