I am JRF(NET) holder in HINDI,
I have cleared 4 years ago.
So tell me I can do PhD now?

If you are having JRF qualification then surely you will be eligible for Ph.D admission. Candidates with NET/SLET/JRF qualification have good chance of getting admission in a Ph.D program from a top University. Also you don't have to appear for any entrance exam as you have a JRF qualification. All you have to face is a Pre Ph.D interview which is conducted by the University. If you perform well in the interview and have a good academic qualification then surely you will get admission.
