Sir.
I have selected for MS course
in Germany with scholarship
of 50%. Now, I want to know that
the remaining 50% I can apply for Education Loan or not?

Yes, you can definitely apply for education loan to meet the expense of the rest of the course. There is no problem in availing education loan even if you have received scholarship. However, you need to inform the concerned bank from which you are availing education loan about the scholarship. However, you cannot take education loan more than 20 lakhs since it is the upper limit of education loan for study in abroad. Moreover, the bank will only offer education loan for study cost and not for living cost. If you stay in hostel, then the bank will bear the hostel and mess charge under education loan, otherwise you need to bear your living cost.
