Hello Sir,
My M.Tech will be complete in this summer.
I want to enhance my career and do PhD in Technology.
Suppose I get stipend of PhD and after that still I have
to pay fee for PhD, so for this I can apply for education loan?

Yes, you can apply for a education loan, even if you are getting stipend. Most of the Ph.D students receive stipend from their universities and they manage their fee expenses with that money. If you are not getting enough stipend to pay your fees, then you can approach any bank to get education loan and you can repay your loan after getting a job.
