As you have completed M.Sc in Psychology and interested to pursue Human Psychology from abroad so you can opt for PhD project in Forensic Psychology, Development Psychology - Child and Adolescent Development, Social work - Addictions and Social work, Forensic Psychology - Criminal Justice Self-Designed.

These are the foreign Universities/Institutes offering PhD in Human Psychology:-
> Walden University
> Stanford University
> California Institute of Technology
> University of Miami
> University of Kentucky
> University of Kent
> Cardiff University
> University of Glasgow
> University of Cambridge
> University of Manchester
> University of London
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
