I have been passing the 12th in Arts stream.
But I don't want to do B.A.
I want to do Bachelor of Fine Arts.
So, I am eligible for this course or not?

Yes, definitely you are eligible to pursue Bachelor of Fine Arts course after completion of your 12th standard with Arts stream. Candidates who have completed 1th standard or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised board are eligible to pursue this course. No entrance examination is conducted for admission to this course. Most of the colleges offer direct admission to BFA course based upon the marks secured by the candidate in 12th standard board examinations except some colleges/universities conducts their own entrance test and provides admissions to candidates who perform well in the entrance examination. Since, you are pursuing 12th Arts stream, definitely you are eligible to pursue BFA course after completion of your 12th standard with Arts stream.

The Bachelors of fine arts Program focuses on design studies: critical thinking, Project development, community engagement and collaboration. The candidate applying for BFA should have a minimum of 50% in his 10th and 12th in any stream. The candidate who have passed 12th with Arts stream or any other stream is also eligible to apply Bachelor of Fine Arts.

If you secure a minimum of 50% in your 12th, then you can study BFA.

Bachelor of Fine Arts is a undergraduate course and the duration of the course is 3 years consisting of 6 semesters. This course is mainly for candidates who have great interest in drawing, painting, dance and various other forms of arts.
