Can I study M.A.(English) if completed M.A.(Economics) but Graduation without English?

Hello,
I have done my M.A. in Economics,
now I want to do M.A. in English.
But I did not have English in graduation.
Can I do post graduation in English?
Thanks.

Those candidates who are interested to apply for MA English then it is mandatory that you should study English as a main subject at Graduation level and 12th standard level as well. Since, you have not studied English Subject at Graduation level so you are not eligible for MA English. However, you can apply for a Master degree course which is related in Economics (or) Management related courses. Here, I am providing you the eligibility criteria required for M.A English course,

- Three year bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized university in any discipline with 50% of aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Candidates appearing their final year Bachelor Degree are also eligible to apply.
- Candidates must study English subject in both the Graduation and 12th standard level as well.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
