Will I be eligible to apply for Lecturer post or Ph.D after completion of M.Tech course through distance education?


1) KSOU is offering M.Tech through distance education. Would this be considered as a post graduation for lecturer post in an Engineering College.?

2) After M.Tech through distance education, will I be eligible for applying to P.hd through VTU?

Distance mode M.Tech is not approved by AICTE and you can't apply for lecturer post, on the basis of your distance mode M.Tech degree at any AICTE approved college.

Even private sector companies don't consider distance mode M.Tech degree for any job. Just make sure that you have AICTE approved degree.
